    Explore implementation of “Smart Growth and Infrastructure-First Development Program” which requires impact studies for all new developments in order to assess the effects on roads, fire, police, water, sewer systems, and utilities before project approval.

  • Strengthen Zoning & Land Use Regulations

    Strengthen Zoning & Land Use Regulations by updating Rockwall’s zoning laws to ensure balanced growth and the prevention of over-development in areas where infrastructure is already strained.

  • Quarterly town hall meetings

    Hold quarterly town hall meetings where developers must present their projects and address community concerns about traffic, schools, and public safety.
